Totally fine. We ensure that you have a full 6 weeks. This can be split with a break in between of up to 2 weeks.

2. is there parking

Yes we have parking spaces outside our building. Mountbatten house. Just buzz the gate and say you are going to the gym. Parking is outside on the right.

3. Is the program suitable for everyone?

Yes. We have community members of absolutely all abilities. From those who haven't been to the gym in year right the way through to those who can't get enough. We tailor each session to your personal needs.
